same shot as before, but without the faux light painting.
colors changed in post.
playing around with photoshop... hand was lit with my diffused flash, by bouncing it on my ceiling (the flash was just out of frame, at the top left, which is where the glare is from). the quartz in my hand, was lit by a green laser.
it was really difficult for me to keep my right hand perfectly still and manipulate the camera, flash, and laser, with my left hand.

this is a very good image and I appreciate the amount of effort it most of taken to juggle everything thing in order to achieve it.
